USAGE
- This evaporator is used for solution evaporation in Chinese medicine , biology,
- foodstuff and chemical industry. It features low operation temperature
- and good energy saving effect.
FEATURES
- This evaporator is continuous, auto-control equipment.The thin solution enters from the third-effect section and the concentrated solution discharges from the first-effect section.
- The consumption of vapor and cooling water of triple-effect evaporator is one third of that of single-effect evaporator.
- It adopts counter-flow operation. The concentrated solution discharged from the
- first-effect section will obtain higher concentration since its viscosity lowers due
- to higher temperature.
- The falling-film evaporator is hard to foaming or scaling.
- It may let water in immediately after production ends, cleaning the equipment and internal walls of pipeline with hot water and vapor,or clean in-position(CIP) with chemicals through original pumps and pipelines.
